Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

We may offer free shipping on eligible orders during promotional campaigns or above a specified order value.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to Baewish.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh.

Please ensure the exact payment amount is ready at the time of delivery.


Order Verification

For security purposes, Baewish may contact you to verify your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
