Refund policy
Effective From: July 18, 2026
At Baewish, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. Keep in mind that BaeWish sells only imported foreign products (100% authentic product guarantee). We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. As cosmetics and personal care products are hygiene-sensitive items, our return and refund policy has been designed to protect both our customers and product integrity while complying with applicable laws in Bangladesh.
By placing an order with Baewish, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
A product may be eligible for return only if it meets one or more of the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product.
- You received a damaged product.
- You received an expired product.
- The product was missing from your order.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product was delivered in a leaking or unusable condition.
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must remain unused.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
- You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, Baewish does not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used cosmetic products.
- Products whose safety seals have been removed or broken.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
- Products purchased during clearance sales unless they are damaged or incorrect.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Products returned without prior approval.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

- Order number

- Reason for return
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Our customer support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send products back without prior authorization.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is approved because:
- Baewish shipped the wrong product,
- The product is defective,
- the product arrived damaged, or
- The product arrived expired,
Baewish will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return request is due to reasons other than Baewish's error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, if the return is accepted.
5. Inspection of Returned Products
After receiving the returned item, Baewish will inspect it to verify the reported issue.
If the returned product:
- matches the reported issue,
- remains unused,
- and meets the return eligibility criteria,
The refund or replacement process will begin.
Baewish reserves the right to reject return requests if the returned item does not satisfy the conditions stated in this policy.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Depending on the payment method, refunds may be processed through:
- Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
- Bank Transfer
- Original payment method (where technically possible)
- Store Credit (if agreed upon by the customer)
Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment service providers.
7. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, customers may choose a replacement product when:
- The incorrect item was delivered,
- The item was damaged during delivery,
- Or the product has a manufacturing defect.
Replacement items will be dispatched after the returned product has been received or, where appropriate, after verification of the reported issue.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
Baewish reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing or technical errors.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Payment verification failure.
If Baewish cancels a prepaid order, the full payment will be refunded.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Customers placing Cash on Delivery orders are requested to inspect the package upon delivery.
If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, customers should refuse delivery and notify Baewish immediately.
Acceptance of the package does not affect your right to report eligible issues discovered after opening, provided they are reported within the timeframe specified in this policy.
10. Products Damaged During Shipping
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photos before opening the package.
- Record an unboxing video whenever possible.
- Contact Baewish within 48 hours of delivery.
Providing visual evidence helps us investigate and resolve your claim more quickly.
11. Fraud Prevention
To protect all customers, Baewish may refuse return or refund requests where:
- False or misleading information is provided.
- Images or evidence have been altered.
- Repeated abusive return behavior is detected.
- Returned products have been used, substituted, or intentionally damaged.
Such decisions will be made reasonably and based on the available evidence.
12. Limitation of Liability
Baewish's responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
Baewish is not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions resulting from ingredients clearly listed on the product or packaging.
- Improper storage after delivery.
- Misuse or use contrary to the product instructions.
- Normal differences in fragrance, texture, or color that may occur between production batches, provided the product meets quality standards.
Customers are encouraged to review ingredient information carefully before purchasing and perform a patch test where appropriate.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory legal requirements, the applicable law will prevail.
